Soul II Soul was a brilliant artist from the 1980s with their two biggest hits being “Keep on Moving” and “Back to Life”. I still think of these two songs and play them from time to time. Classic stuff. Loved how they used strings and orchestral music with a soulful mix.
Back to Life is something I hear in my head whenever I spend too much time online and need to get back to work or my real life. I catch myself singing the chorus in my head when I do that.
Keep on Moving is another one that I hear in my head when I need to remind myself to keep moving forward and stop spinning my wheels and wasting time. Such a beautiful song too.
