I can’t believe it’s been so long since the late great Jim Valvano gave his unforgettable speech at the ESPY awards in 1993! I remember watching it at the time and how much he made me laugh, think and cry, the three things he said we should do every day in order to experience a full day of life. I’ve always remembered that lesson and his amazing speech and do my best every day to make the most of every day. The name of this blog is inspired by this goal. Sometimes I fail but most of the time I’m proud to admit that I succeed most of the time.
