I still can’t believe the amazing comeback the US men’s swim team pulled off against the heavily favored and loud-mouthed French team in the men’s 4 x 100 Freestyle! The last swimmer was the oldest in the pool (32) and swimming against the world recorder holder and trailing most of the race until he pulled off the miracle comeback! It gave Phelps his second gold medal and kept his dream of 8 gold medals alive!
