Every Click Counts

Posted on February 4, 2009October 21, 2015 By Doriano No Comments on Every Click Counts

If you use Microsoft Outlook, then you might appreciate this free plugin called QuickIcons that creates shortcuts in your taskbar to the most common features. For example, you can create quick access to the following:

My favorite shortcut is to the New Email Message which allows me to launch a new blank email window with a single click while working in another app and Outlook is buried beneath a plethora of open apps. Yes, I know I might be able to do the same thing with 2 mouse clicks (Open Outlook from task bar, then click new email button) but every click counts when you add them up at the end of the day and you deal with as many emails as I do. It might seem silly to quibble over one extra click but trust me it all adds up.
