W2K vs WinMe

Posted on October 4, 2000September 24, 2015 By Doriano No Comments on W2K vs WinMe

Since I am an IT Manager and it’s my job to play with all kinds of new computer technology, be it hardware, software or what have you….people are always asking my opinion on things. The hottest topic these days is whether to get Windows 2000 (W2K) or Windows Millennium Edition (WinME). Well, in a nutshell, it depends. If you are a power user, get W2K! If you don’t know if you’re a power user, then get WinMe. W2K handles memory resources far much better than WinMe and does not crash and burn like WinMe still does. I can’t wait for Dollar Bill Gates to merge the two products once and for all!
