It’s a rainy Friday morning here in Atlanta, Georgia and I am enjoying it immensely. I have my jumbo sized Dunken Donuts coffee and in my office with large windows overlooking a gorgeous view of the rain pouring down on all the greenery. I love a bright sunny day just like the next guy, but I love a dark and stormy day just as much.
It’s perfect weather to order some chinese or thai food with someone special and renting a couple of good movies and staying in to snuggle. Play some music and light some candles. I know it’s a cliche, but some of the best things in life are cliche.
One of my pet ppeevesis hearing people complain about the weather. I don’t like it when someone says it’s bad weather when it rains. The rain is no worse than sunshine.
It’s all part of the world and the way of things. It must rain if this planet is to survive. I love it just like I love experiencing all four seasons…winter, spring, summer and fall.
It is the yin and yang of things…you cannot have light without the dark.
