overcomer

I’ve always loved Mandisa ever since she first gained national attention with her appearance on American Idol many years ago.
She’s gone on to major stardom in the Christian music arena. Here’s a new song called “Overcomer” that could not have come at a better time for me and my family. We just lost our beloved Grammie, Joyce Blankenship on 11/2/2013. She was such a fighter but finally rests in peace. She overcame so much in her latter years and managed to see all of her grandchildren  grow up to ages where they will all remember their sweet grandmother.

This song is so wonderful and full of positive energy and light. We all face hardships in this life so we need to stay strong and remember that we are tough and we are all overcomers. We should also do our best to help those that are going through tough times because we are all here to help one another.
