The Black Eyed Peas were amazing on this week’s So You Think You Can Dance performing their new number one song on Billboard’s Hot 100, “I Gotta Feeling”. By the way, they replaced their own song at number one by breaking a 12-week run at the summit for “Boom Boom Pow”. They are the hottest act in the music industry today. I know it’s all because of Fergie. 🙂
It’s such a good feeling song too. Who hasn’t had that feeling that the night ahead is going to especially good for one reason or another? I like how each member plays a part in this performance and the way confetti comes streaming down at the end. Such a party tune.
Update: I Gotta Feeling went on to spend another 14 weeks at number one giving the Black Eyed Peas the record for most consecutive weeks at number one with 26 weeks in a row! That’s half an entire year at the summit! Boom Boom Pow indeed!
