I love John Mayer’s “SAY” from “The Bucket List”. He wrote it after being moved to tears from reading the script. What a beautiful song and powerful message. We should all make a bucket list and say what we need to say while we still can in this wonderful life.
Lyrics for “SAY”
Take all of your wasted honor.
Every little past frustration.
Take all of your so called problems,
Better put ’em in quotations.
Say what you need to say
Walkin’ like a one man army,
Fightin’ with the shadows in your head.
Livin’ up the same old moment
Knowin’ you’d be better off instead
If you could only…Say what you need to say
Have no fear for givin’ in.
Have no fear for giving over.
You better know that in the end
It’s better to say too much, than never to say what you need to say again.
Even if your hands are shaking,
And your faith is broken.
Even as the eyes are closin’,
Do it with a heart wide open.
(Wide Heart)
Say what you need to say (x7)
Say what you need to, Say what you need to…
Say what you need to say.
And always say what you mean…. a great blog… look forward to being a regular… already have it bookmarked and subscribed to feeds…
Best always,
Ruthie

Pai, wicket song and this title’s on the list. The phrase which resounds with me this (Prague) evening is as follows: it can all come crashing to an end tomorrow…say what you need to say, today.
Walk tall, soldier. Do your thing. Keep up the masterful work.
Your lieutenant and comrade,
